As a Senior Underwriting Specialist at Northbridge Financial Corporation, you will tailor insurance solutions for our commercial clientele, addressing significant technical risks. Collaborating with our extensive network of brokers, you will create innovative strategies to meet diverse client needs. The Senior Underwriting Specialist is tasked with managing and underwriting intricate and unique portfolios, adhering to established guidelines and business objectives while striving for national standards in data quality and service excellence.
This role demands a commitment to fostering robust relationships with internal stakeholders, ensuring timely communication and support. Attention to detail is paramount, as you will craft written guidance to assist underwriters in evaluating risks, becoming a trusted resource for our partners in Actuarial, Claims, Reinsurance, and Systems teams.

Required Qualifications:
- Over 10 years of experience in underwriting
- Completion or pursuit of CIP, FCIP, or RPLU designations
