- Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and/or GSuite.
- Understanding of retail leasing concepts.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced team environment.
- Minimum of three weeks vacation, plus personal days and three religious observance days.
