About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Real Estate Asset Manager to join our team at Crestpoint Real Estate Investments. As a key member of our asset management team, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of real estate assets, including office, industrial, retail, and multi-family properties.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage a portfolio of real estate assets, including property valuations, financial analysis, and investment decisions
  • Develop and implement asset management strategies to maximize returns and minimize risk
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including investment managers, financial analysts, and property managers
  • Conduct market research and analysis to inform investment decisions
  • Prepare and present investment recommendations to senior management
Requirements
  • 2+ years of experience in real estate asset management, valuations, and/or investment experience
  • Strong computer skills with advanced knowledge of MS Excel
  • Familiarity with ARGUS real estate software
  • Excellent financial and analytical skills
  • Exceptional attention to detail
  • Proven ability to think logically and problem solve effectively
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
