- Provide administrative assistance to the vice president, including managing her schedule and travel arrangements.
- Manage communication, including writing letters, responding to inquiries, and following up on tasks.
- Prepare and edit documents, reports, and correspondence.
- Coordinate translations of documents as needed.
- Organize meetings, conferences, and ensure meticulous follow-up.
- Prepare documents for meetings, including agendas, minutes, and schedules.
- Take minutes during meetings and other types of gatherings.
- Ensure the collection, compilation, transmission, and updating of various information related to the service's activities.
- Receive and forward absence and invoice forms.
- Manage physical and electronic mail.
- Ensure the circulation of information between team members.
- Manage documentation (opening, managing, classifying, and closing).
- Perform other related tasks.
- Diploma in Office Technology or equivalent.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role.
- Excellent command of French and English, both written and spoken.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
