Chatters Limited Partnership, a frontrunner in the Canadian Hair and Beauty sector with 118 locations and expanding, is actively seeking a District Operations Manager.

We are in search of a confident leader with multi-site experience who can cultivate a team that excels in a vibrant and positive setting. You possess a business-oriented mindset with the capability to assess and implement strategic plans to ensure peak performance and optimize outcomes.

This position presents an excellent opportunity for an ambitious individual to support our corporate locations in Saskatchewan.

Reporting to the Regional Manager, you will be based in the Saskatchewan region, with some travel required.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Deliver an exceptional guest experience, ensuring excellence in all facets of customer service, so our guests leave with memorable impressions.
  • Possess the ability to manage personnel effectively. You are an innovative thinker capable of attracting, developing, and mentoring a high-performing team that achieves results.
  • Be analytical, with a focus on optimization. Collaborate closely with your team to meet operational goals successfully.
  • Enhance sales and execute growth strategies to elevate overall store performance.
  • Achieve financial targets by analyzing profit and loss statements, forecasting, planning, and ensuring locations meet budgetary objectives.
  • Demonstrate discipline in setting expectations and timelines.
  • Enjoy sharing your expertise and experience to assist others, acting as a professional coach and mentor.
  • Be self-motivated, adaptable, and flexible. You are a natural problem solver who leads by example.
  • Exemplify professionalism when representing Chatters LP at all times.
QUALIFICATIONS:
  • Three to five years of experience in multi-site leadership or management, preferably within the beauty or retail sectors.
  • A professional, innovative leader capable of directing change management and delivering results.
  • Willingness to travel and availability for flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
  • Organized and adept at multitasking with strong time management skills.
  • Adept in store operations, capable of executing action plans to drive success.
  • Team management skills, with the ability to attract, coach, develop, and implement a high-performing, positive team.
  • Proficient with computers and comfortable learning new applications and systems.
