Your role will involve:

  1. Enhancing market presence by nurturing existing customer relationships and pursuing new account opportunities.
  2. Engaging with key and prospective clients to analyze market trends, discuss future business prospects, address concerns, and elevate customer awareness while aligning with sales and marketing strategies.
  3. Delivering effective leadership through robust management and guidance of your direct reports.
  4. Implementing consistent performance evaluations and training programs for your team.
  5. Ensuring adherence to company policies and strategic objectives.
  6. Promoting operational excellence in collaboration with Divisional and Corporate teams.
  7. Actively participating in community initiatives as a representative of the company.
  8. Meeting corporate goals and standards for quality, health and safety, and asset management.
  9. Leveraging the support of Marketing, Product Management, Inventory Replenishment, and Credit Management Departments to foster regional growth while effectively managing risks.

Qualifications include:

  • A university degree along with a minimum of ten (10) years of relevant industry experience, including at least five (5) years in a managerial role, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Strong business insight to interpret financial reports and devise suitable strategies to achieve or surpass operational and fiscal objectives.
  • Exceptional time management, organizational, and execution capabilities.
