Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Regional Manager to oversee and support our 7 Saskatchewan locations. As the key liaison between our Saskatchewan teams and Head Office, you will play a critical role in ensuring the success of our retail operations in the region.

Key Responsibilities
  • Leadership and Support: Provide guidance, mentorship, and management to lower-level management and team members across the region.
  • Communication and Collaboration: Disseminate information and guidance from Head Office to all locations within the region, and serve as the primary point of contact for Saskatchewan teams.
  • Performance Evaluation and Reporting: Evaluate and report on store and individual performance to Head Office, identifying areas for improvement and implementing strategies for growth.
  • Policy Implementation and Compliance: Uphold and enforce all compliance and regulatory requirements of the Cannabis industry, as outlined in the Federal Cannabis Act and Provincial Cannabis Regulations.
  • Team Development and Recruitment: Identify hiring needs, assist in the hiring and onboarding process, and develop strategies to improve team performance and retention.
  • Operational Management: Oversee timecard upkeep, scheduling, and other operational tasks to ensure seamless day-to-day operations.
Requirements
  • Certifications and Licenses: Must be able to obtain Current and Valid Saskatchewan CannaSell certification and Manitoba Smart Choices Cannabis certification.
  • Background Check: Must provide a current Criminal Background Check.
  • Driver's License and Vehicle: Must have a valid driver's license and access to a vehicle.
  • Availability and Travel: Must be available to commute between all 7 Saskatchewan locations and travel as needed.
  • Experience and Qualifications: Must have Retail Management experience leading and managing multiple, diverse teams across a region, as well as experience remotely managing teams.
