Job Title: Executive Chef

We are seeking an experienced Executive Chef to join our team at NS Ltd. As a key member of our culinary team, you will be responsible for leading the kitchen and ensuring the highest quality of food is served to our customers.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Plan and prepare menus that meet the needs of our customers
  • Supervise and train kitchen staff to ensure they are meeting the highest standards
  • Manage kitchen operations, including inventory and ordering
  • Inspect kitchens and food service areas to ensure they meet health and safety standards
  • Prepare and cook special meals for patients as instructed by a dietitian or chef
Requirements:
  • 1-2 years of experience as a chef in a fast-paced environment
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Excellent oral communication and leadership skills
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
