Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced Assistant Supervisor to join our Child Protection team in Fort Qu'Appelle. The successful candidate will provide leadership and support to our team, ensuring the delivery of high-quality services to vulnerable children and families.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide guidance and supervision to Child Protection workers
  • Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure effective service delivery
  • Collaborate with community partners to enhance service outcomes
  • Conduct investigations and assessments to determine the best course of action for children and families

Requirements:

  • Post-secondary education in a related field (e.g. social work, child and youth care)
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in child protection or a related field
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
