Job Title: Child Protection Worker
We are seeking a skilled Child Protection Worker to join our team at the Government of Saskatchewan.
As a Child Protection Worker, you will be responsible for providing support and services to children and families in need. Your key responsibilities will include:
- Conducting home visits and assessments to identify the needs of children and families
- Developing and implementing individualized plans to support children and families
- Providing case management services to children and families
- Collaborating with other service providers to ensure comprehensive support
- Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records of client interactions
- Participating in team meetings and professional development opportunities
To be successful in this role, you will need to have:
- A degree in social work or a related field
- Experience working with children and families in a protection or support role
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- A valid driver's license
