POSITION OVERVIEW:

In response to our organizational growth, we are seeking a meticulous Receptionist to provide essential support across various operational facets, including timekeeping, executive assistance, office inventory management, and more.

This is a full-time role offering a competitive compensation of $22/hour , along with employer-sponsored benefits.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Manage incoming calls by answering, screening, greeting, and directing as necessary.
  • Provide comprehensive administrative assistance to the Executive and Management teams.
  • Supervise daily timekeeping to ensure accurate payroll submissions.
  • Oversee the preparation and distribution of incoming and outgoing correspondence.
  • Maintain, monitor, and procure office supplies as needed.
  • Record and distribute minutes from meetings.
  • Perform additional duties as required.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, etc.)
  • Accurate data entry skills with a minimum typing speed of 50 WPM.
  • Strong interpersonal abilities to engage with a diverse range of individuals.
  • Exceptional organizational capabilities.
  • Keen attention to detail.
  • Well-developed verbal and written communication skills.
  • High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
  • At least 1 year of experience in an office environment is necessary.
  • A minimum of 1 year in a receptionist capacity is preferred.
  • Previous experience in timekeeping will be regarded as an asset.
