Job Title: Human Resources Manager

GALAXY FLOORING AND RENOVATION is seeking a highly skilled Human Resources Manager to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our HR department, ensuring that all employees are supported and empowered to excel in their roles.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Recruitment and Talent Management: Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent, manage the hiring process, and ensure a smooth onboarding experience for new employees.
  • Employee Relations and Engagement: Foster a positive and inclusive work environment, resolve conflicts and issues, and promote employee well-being and engagement.
  • Benefits and Compensation: Design and administer competitive benefits and compensation packages, ensuring that they align with industry standards and company goals.
  • Performance Management: Develop and implement performance management systems, conduct regular performance reviews, and provide coaching and development opportunities to employees.
  • Compliance and Risk Management: Ensure compliance with all relevant employment laws and regulations, identify and mitigate potential risks, and develop strategies to prevent workplace conflicts and issues.
Requirements:
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Experience: 2 years of experience in HR, preferably in a leadership or management role.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and proficiency in HR software and systems.
