We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Business Development Associate to join our team at CoStar Group. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building and maintaining relationships with clients, and driving revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Prospect and develop new business opportunities, leveraging CoStar Group's market data and expertise.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing strategic marketing guidance and support.
  • Develop subject matter expertise in digital advertising strategies, multifamily real estate, and market trends.
  • Collaborate with colleagues across teams to drive sales revenue and deliver exceptional customer service.
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to meet or exceed sales targets and quotas.
Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Two or more years of outside sales experience in a B2B environment, preferably in digital marketing or advertising sales.
  • A proven track record of exceeding sales targets and quotas in a consultative sales environment.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze data and make strategic recommendations.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to connect with a variety of audiences.
  • A bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Communications, or Marketing from an accredited university or college.
