Job DescriptionWe are seeking an experienced Implementation Consultant to join our Professional Services team. As an Implementation Consultant, you will play a critical role in delivering our services to customers, working closely with them to define and execute project plans from start to finish.
Key Responsibilities- Manage the initial onboarding process, ensuring a deep understanding of client goals, business, and data.
- Partner with Customer Success to align client data setup and program configuration with desired outcomes.
- Build confidence and trust with clients through project management methodologies and deliverables.
- Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders within assigned client organizations.
- Manage provisioning, setup, data load, build, test, and deployment of customer systems and associated modules.
- Conduct data discovery and implementation workshops, ensuring optimized data implementation for long-term success.
- Identify data risks, assess potential impacts, and collaborate with internal teams to implement effective mitigation strategies.
- Maintain designated business systems tools with up-to-date statuses, communications, and correspondence with Assent clients.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and enhance best-in-class processes, procedures, and templates.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills in English.
- University, college, or post-graduate certificate in a related field or equivalent working experience.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in customer success, project management, and/or consulting roles.
- Working knowledge of consultative customer management and/or project management roles.
- Experience working in a technology/SaaS and/or Professional Services organization is an asset.
- Solid interpersonal skills and ability to build stable relationships in a collaborative environment.
- Advanced Excel skills and ability to analyze and report complex datasets.
- Excellent time management and organizational skills, with ability to prioritize and execute multiple tasks.
- Emotional intelligence, maturity, and professionalism.
- Intellectual curiosity, problem-solving skills, and ability to anticipate and respond to client needs.
- Strong team player with a willingness to contribute expertise to support business goals.
- Proficient in MS Office Suite and Google Applications.
