About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Business Partner to join our team at CMHC. As a key member of our finance department, you will play a critical role in providing strategic financial guidance and support to our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Act as the primary point of contact for clients, providing expert financial analysis and guidance to inform business decisions.
  • Develop and implement financial business improvement initiatives to drive process efficiency and cost savings.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement financial systems and processes that support business objectives.
  • Provide financial analysis and insights to inform business strategy and decision-making.
  • Develop and maintain financial models and forecasts to support business planning and budgeting.
Requirements
  • Undergraduate degree in a relevant field such as accounting, finance, business administration, economics, or commerce.
  • Minimum of seven years of experience in a finance-related role, including FP&A, finance business partnering, business analysis, business improvement, and commercial finance.
  • Results-oriented, team player with strong analytical skills, critical thinking, and storytelling ability.
  • Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Bilingualism (English and French) is required.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Master of Business Administration, Chartered Professional Accountant (CPA), or Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) designation.
