Senior Business Partner

At VitalAire Canada Inc., we are seeking a highly skilled Senior Business Partner to join our team. As a key player in our organization, you will provide Human Resource leadership to our management and employees, driving business success through strategic HR initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide guidance on talent acquisition, talent management, compensation, performance management, labor relations, and HR compliance.
- Collaborate with leaders to identify skills needed to support business strategy and develop succession plans for key positions.
- Advise leaders on HR issues and provide recommendations to ensure fair treatment of all employees.
- Work with Total Rewards and HR Leaders to ensure annual salary reviews and variable compensation programs comply with company standards.
- Participate in development of HR programs and special projects, sharing best practices with the HR team.
- Bachelor Degree in Human Resources, Industrial Relations, or equivalent.
- Strong knowledge of industrial relations and excellent communication skills in French and English.
- Ability to travel across Canada and possess a valid driver's license.
