Senior Human Resources Business Partner

At Air Liquide, we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Human Resources Business Partner to join our team. As a key player in our organization, you will provide Human Resource leadership to the management of the business and to all levels of employees.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide guidance in talent acquisition, talent management, compensation, performance management, labor relations, and HR compliance.
  • Support leaders in the implementation of the business strategy by advising on HR issues and providing recommendations to achieve greatest efficiencies while ensuring fair treatment of all employees.
  • Collaborate with leaders to identify skills needed to support the business strategy and work on succession plans for key positions and potential employees.
  • Advise leaders on labor relations, interpretation and application of collective agreements, and labor legislation, in compliance with company policies and procedures.
  • Ensure management of annual salary reviews and variable compensation programs comply with company standards and objectives.
  • Participate in development of HR programs and special projects, collaborating with the HR team to share best practices.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor Degree in Human Resources, Industrial Relations or equivalent.
  • Required availability to travel across Canada and a valid driver's license.
  • Very strong knowledge of industrial relations.
  • Strong communication skills in French and English to support managers and employees throughout Canada.
