Senior HR Business Partner

We are seeking a Senior HR Business Partner to join our team, who will serve as a strategic advisor and partner to leadership teams across Technology, Product, and Operations functions. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of partnering with senior leaders to drive business outcomes through effective HR strategies.
Key Responsibilities:- Act as a trusted advisor to senior leaders in Technology, Product, and Operations, providing strategic HR guidance to support business objectives and drive organizational success.
- Lead talent management initiatives, including workforce planning, succession planning, talent development, and retention strategies, ensuring the right talent is in place to meet current and future business needs.
- Oversee the performance management process for the Technology, Product, and Operations teams, providing guidance on goal setting, performance reviews, and development plans.
- Implement HR programs and initiatives that align with the company's strategic priorities, such as diversity and inclusion, leadership development, and employee well-being.
- Utilize HR analytics and metrics to drive data-informed decisions, identify trends, and develop proactive solutions to address challenges within the Technology, Product, and Operations functions.
- Minimum of 7-10 years of experience in HR, with at least 5 years in a strategic HRBP role supporting Technology, Product, or Operations functions.
- Proven track record of partnering with senior leaders to drive business outcomes through effective HR strategies.
- Strong knowledge of talent management, organizational development, performance management, and employee engagement practices.
- Demonstrated ability to manage complex projects and drive change in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to leverage data to drive decision-making.
