Key Responsibilities:
- Provide expert advice and guidance on human resources functions to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with employees and leadership to drive business results.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement HR initiatives and projects.
- Manage the full cycle recruitment process, including job postings, candidate screening, and onboarding.
- Consult with leadership on employee relations matters, including disciplinary actions and separations.
- Investigate employee complaints and provide recommendations for resolution.
- Provide support and guidance on benefits, retirement savings, and other HR-related matters.
- Assist with non-work-related injury/illness absences and ensure timely completion of required paperwork.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or equivalent.
- 7+ years of progressive experience in human resources, with a focus on generalist functions.
- Proven track record of building strong relationships and driving business results.
- Advanced skills in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
- Experience with HRIS systems and recruitment software.
- Ability to work collaboratively across the organization and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
