Job Title: Regional HR Manager

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Regional HR Manager to join our team at Victoria Netwitt. As a key member of our Human Resources department, you will be responsible for providing strategic and operational support to our Western Canada operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide expert advice and guidance on human resources functions to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with employees and leadership to drive business results.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement HR initiatives and projects.
  • Manage the full cycle recruitment process, including job postings, candidate screening, and onboarding.
  • Consult with leadership on employee relations matters, including disciplinary actions and separations.
  • Investigate employee complaints and provide recommendations for resolution.
  • Provide support and guidance on benefits, retirement savings, and other HR-related matters.
  • Assist with non-work-related injury/illness absences and ensure timely completion of required paperwork.
  • Make recommendations for HR programs, policies, and offerings based on best practices.
  • Provide coaching and counseling on performance management.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or equivalent education.
  • 7+ years of progressive experience in human resources, with a focus on generalist functions.
  • Previous experience in a company with multiple lines of business and operations.
  • Strong relationship management skills and ability to partner with employees and leadership.
  • Advanced skills in HRIS systems, including Workday.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively across the organization and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
