Job Summary:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide expert HR advice and guidance to employees and management on all aspects of human resources, including recruitment, employee relations, benefits, and compliance.
  • Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives to support business objectives and improve employee engagement.
  • Manage the full cycle recruitment process, including job postings, candidate screening, and onboarding.
  • Collaborate with the HR team to develop and implement policies, procedures, and programs to support employee development and well-being.
  • Provide training and coaching to employees on HR-related topics, including performance management, conflict resolution, and diversity and inclusion.
  • Conduct investigations and provide recommendations on employee relations matters, including harassment, bullying, and workplace violence.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with external partners, including recruitment agencies, vendors, and service providers.
  • Stay up-to-date with changing HR laws, regulations, and best practices to ensure compliance and provide expert advice to the business.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field.
  • 7+ years of progressive experience in human resources, with a focus on generalist HR roles.
  • Proven track record of developing and implementing HR strategies and initiatives that drive business results.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and external partners.
  • Strong analytical and technical skills, with experience working with HRIS systems and Microsoft Office.
