Vaccines Laboratory Software Manager

Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Director to lead our global Vaccines laboratory. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for providing strategic direction and oversight to our laboratory operations, ensuring the delivery of high-quality results and compliance with regulatory requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
- Strategic Planning: Develop and implement a comprehensive strategic plan for the laboratory, aligning with the company's overall goals and objectives.
- Leadership and Management: Provide leadership and guidance to laboratory staff, ensuring they have the necessary resources and support to perform their duties effectively.
- Regulatory Compliance: Ensure that all laboratory operations are in compliance with relevant regulations and standards, including those related to quality, safety, and environmental management.
- IT Management: Oversee the implementation and maintenance of laboratory information management systems (LIMS) and electronic laboratory notebooks (ELN), ensuring seamless integration with other laboratory instruments and processes.
- Collaboration and Communication: Foster a culture of collaboration and open communication within the laboratory, ensuring that all staff are aware of their roles and responsibilities and are empowered to contribute to the success of the team.
Requirements:
- Education: Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as laboratory science, computer science, or information technology.
- Experience: Proven experience in a laboratory leadership role, with a strong track record of delivering high-quality results and compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Skills: Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire staff to achieve their best. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with colleagues, customers, and stakeholders.
