Job Summary

We are seeking a highly experienced Digital Product Delivery Lead to join our team at Enbridge. As a key member of our Technology Enablement group, you will be responsible for coordinating and ensuring the successful delivery of low-code, no-code, and GenAI products.

Key Responsibilities
  • Product Coordination: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure all products adhere to established processes, standards, and governance.
  • Requirements Gathering: Facilitate the collection and documentation of business requirements for new and existing products.
  • Technical Evaluation: Oversee the technical assessment of products to ensure they meet business and technical standards.
  • Product Management: Track and report on project status, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to project timelines.
  • Stakeholder Communication: Coordinate with stakeholders to manage expectations, deliverables, and status updates.
  • Scrum Master Duties: Lead Scrum ceremonies, including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives, to ensure effective Agile practices.
  • Training and Support: Provide training and support to team members and stakeholders on new products and processes.
  • Performance Monitoring: Continuously monitor and report on the performance of products post-deployment to ensure they meet business objectives.
  • Vendor Management: Coordinate with external vendors and partners to ensure their deliverables align with project goals and timelines.
  • Customer Feedback: Collect and analyze customer feedback to inform future product improvements and updates.
  • Risk Assessment: Conduct regular risk assessments and develop mitigation strategies to address potential issues before they impact project timelines.
  • Innovation and Improvement: Encourage and implement innovative solutions and continuous improvement practices within the team.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in engineering or a related field.
  • Experience: 7+ years of experience in a leadership role, with a proven track record of delivering and product managing.
  • Skills: Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills, with a strong understanding of LowCode, NoCode, and GenAI Development platforms.
  • Preferred Qualifications: Digital product delivery and project management experience, with a strong understanding of DevOps principles and methodologies.
