Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Delivery Driver to join our team at TDS (Total Delivery Solution) Ltd. as a key member of our operations team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Vehicle Operations
    • Operate a company vehicle to transport goods and materials to various locations.
    • Ensure timely and efficient delivery of goods, adhering to company standards and regulations.
  • Customer Service
    • Provide excellent customer service by being courteous, professional, and responsive to customer needs.
    • Resolve any issues or concerns related to delivery in a timely and effective manner.
  • Logistics and Administration
    • Manage and maintain accurate records of deliveries, including vehicle mileage, fuel costs, and any issues encountered.
    • Collaborate with dispatch and other teams to ensure smooth operations and efficient delivery processes.
  • Physical Demands
    • Perform physical tasks such as loading and unloading goods, handling heavy loads, and working in various weather conditions.
    • Meet the physical demands of the job, including standing for long periods, lifting heavy objects, and working in a fast-paced environment.
Requirements
  • Education and Certifications
    • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
    • Class 5/5F/G Licence (cars, small trucks, and other 2-axle vehicles).
  • Work Experience
    • Previous experience in a delivery or logistics role is an asset.
  • Personal Qualities
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
    • Organized, reliable, and accurate with a strong attention to detail.
Working Conditions

The successful candidate will be required to work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines and varying weather conditions. The ability to work under pressure and maintain a high level of productivity is essential.
