Key Responsibilities

  • Implement comprehensive digital marketing strategies to improve website traffic and lead generation.
  • Utilize hands-on experience with Google Ads, Meta Ads, SEO, and internet leads to drive performance.
  • Monitor and analyze key performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and growth.
  • Manage the team of media buyers, providing guidance and support in their daily activities.
  • Conduct regular account audits to ensure optimal performance and adherence to best practices.
  • Manage projects related to the overall digital marketing strategy, ensuring timely and effective execution.
  • Identify trends in performance on a weekly basis to support any optimization or necessary changes in the accounts.
  • Work directly with Marketing Directors and media buyer team to review website traffic performance.
  • Diagnose issues and provide actionable recommendations to improve digital marketing outcomes.
  • Understand the business challenges and goals of our dealerships to tailor strategies that meet their needs.
  • Consistent communication with the retail support team at each platform (Meta, Google, etc.).
  • Conduct regular performance reviews and prepare detailed reports on the effectiveness of digital marketing campaigns.
  • Provide reporting, insights, and data-driven recommendations to Marketing Directors and Dealership leaders to support decision-making processes.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field.
  • 5-7 years proven hands-on experience with Google Ads, Meta Ads, SEO, GA4, and internet lead generation.
  • 2-4 years' experience in an account manager or similar role.
  • Experience identifying trends in paid digital and making recommendations based on those findings.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Demonstrated experience in leading and managing a team.
  • Ability to create executive reports and communicate the trends and analytics.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Familiarity with the automotive dealership business.
