Key Responsibilities- Project Management: Develop and implement project plans, schedules, and budgets to ensure successful project delivery.
- Site Supervision: Oversee the construction site, ensuring that all work is carried out in accordance with plans, specifications, and building codes.
- Team Leadership: Lead and manage a team of construction professionals, providing guidance, support, and training to ensure they have the skills and knowledge required to perform their duties.
- Quality Control: Conduct regular site inspections to ensure that work meets quality standards, and implement corrective actions as necessary.
- Safety Management: Develop and implement safety plans, ensuring that all site personnel are aware of and comply with safety procedures and protocols.
- Communication: Communicate effectively with project stakeholders, including clients, architects, engineers, and other contractors, to ensure that project requirements are met.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a construction supervisory role
- Skills: Strong leadership and communication skills, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and knowledge of construction methods and materials.
