Job Title: Construction Site Supervisor

We are seeking a highly organized and experienced Construction Site Supervisor to join our team at AV Homes Ltd.

Job Summary:

The Construction Site Supervisor will be responsible for supervising workers and projects, coordinating and scheduling activities, and ensuring health and safety regulations are followed.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise workers and projects to ensure timely completion and high-quality results.
  • Coordinate and schedule activities to meet project deadlines and budgets.
  • Ensure health and safety regulations are followed to prevent accidents and injuries.
  • Recommend personnel actions to ensure a productive and efficient work environment.
  • Requisition or order materials, equipment, and supplies as needed.
  • Lead and instruct individuals to achieve project goals and objectives.
Requirements:
  • 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a related field.
  • Excellent oral communication and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Steel-toed safety boots and hard hat required.
