Position Overview

We are seeking a dedicated Construction Site Supervisor to oversee our construction projects at PN Junk Removal Ltd. This role is crucial in ensuring that all operations run smoothly and efficiently.

Qualifications
  • Education: Completion of secondary (high) school graduation certificate is required.
  • Experience: A minimum of 2 to less than 3 years in a supervisory role within the construction industry.
Key Responsibilities
  • Assess and estimate project costs and necessary materials.
  • Recruit, hire, and manage personnel, ensuring optimal staffing levels.
  • Plan and coordinate daily activities and schedules for construction tasks.
  • Collaborate with other project supervisors or managers to align work activities.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations at all times.
  • Develop strategies to meet project timelines and objectives.
  • Order and manage the supply of materials and equipment.
  • Supervise on-site workers and monitor project progress.
  • Facilitate training for new employees or arrange for external training programs.

Work Environment

This is a permanent position with a work schedule of 32 hours per week. The primary language of communication in this role is English.
