We are currently seeking a talented individual to join our team as an Office Coordinator.
Your Role: As an Office Coordinator, you will provide essential administrative support to our team of experts. You will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our investigative processes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage investigation-related documentation, including transcription, editing, formatting, and distribution of correspondence and technical reports.
- Offer administrative assistance to team members, including investigators.
- Oversee the administrative organization of various projects.
- Ensure the accuracy of information in files and perform necessary updates, including client communication when required.
- Track project progress from initiation to billing and closure.
- Occasionally cover receptionist duties during breaks, lunches, absences, and vacations.
- Perform any other related tasks as needed.
Qualifications:
- A diploma in office administration, secretarial studies, or a related field.
- Proficient in computer usage and the Microsoft Office suite, particularly Word.
- Strong command of both written and spoken English.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Able to work effectively under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Demonstrated ability to maintain productivity amidst frequent interruptions.
- Self-motivated with strong organizational skills and the ability to prioritize tasks.
- Committed to delivering exceptional customer service.
- Familiarity with Salesforce is a plus.
