Key Responsibilities- Drafting and Reviewing Documents
Prepare and review documents, letters, and correspondence to clients, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail.
Database ManagementAccurately enter documents into internal systems, creating formal documents in the insolvency database.
Report Analysis and Creditor ManagementConduct report analysis, monitor creditor claims, and follow up by reviewing and entering income and expense information.
Team SupportAssist the Personal Debt Solutions department with various duties, ensuring seamless day-to-day operations.
Community Outreach and EngagementEngage in community outreach and promote personal debt solutions offerings through effective communication and relationship-building.
Requirements- Excellent Communication Skills
