About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Insolvency Analyst to join our Personal Debt Solutions team in our Maritimes offices. As an Insolvency Analyst, you will play a critical role in helping individuals and businesses navigate financial difficulties and achieve a fresh start.

Key Responsibilities
  • Drafting documents, letters, and correspondence to clients
  • Accurately entering documents into internal systems and creating formal documents in the insolvency database
  • Report analysis, creditor claims monitoring, and follow-up by reviewing and entering income and expense information to ensure all required documents are attached, data entry to system, and ensuring payments are accurate
  • Various other duties to assist the Personal Debt Solutions department as required, including working with the local team and others within the organization
  • Community outreach and use of social media to promote personal debt solutions offerings
Requirements
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to liaise well with staff and outside parties
  • Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Ability to stay organized within a busy work environment
  • Ability to support high-level management demands with a strong attention to detail
  • Exceptional time management, organization, and prioritization skills
  • Ability to work with and maintain confidentiality with sensitive information
