Job Title: Landscaping Foreman/Woman

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Landscaping Foreman/Woman to join our team at Clintar Landscape Management. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day activities of our landscaping crew, ensuring that all work is completed to the highest standards and on time.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise and coordinate the work of our landscaping crew, ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
  • Plan and direct grounds maintenance, including mowing, pruning, and planting.
  • Organize and direct construction of decks, decorative or retaining walls, and other landscape features.
  • Manage and supervise landscape construction work, including hiring and training staff as needed.
  • Maintain accurate records and logs of work completed, including materials used and labor hours.
  • Read and interpret blueprints and drawings to ensure that all work is completed according to plan.
  • Repair and maintain equipment, including chain saws, pick-up trucks, and small engine equipment.
  • Requisition or order materials, equipment, and supplies as needed.
  • Resolve work problems, provide technical advice, and recommend measures to improve productivity and product quality.
  • Establish work schedules and procedures to ensure efficient use of time and resources.
Requirements:
  • 5 years or more of experience in landscaping or a related field.
  • Other trades certificate or diploma.
  • Valid driver's license and own transportation.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with tight deadlines and heavy workload.
  • Physical stamina to perform manual labor, including lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
