About Wok Box

We are a fast-paced and dynamic food service company seeking a highly skilled and experienced Restaurant Operations Manager to join our team. As a Restaurant Operations Manager at Wok Box, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our restaurants, ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service and that our food is prepared to the highest standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Enforce Food Safety and Quality Standards

Ensure that all food safety and quality standards are met, and that our restaurants are maintained in a clean and hygienic environment.

Manage Inventory and Supplies

Oversee the management of inventory and supplies, ensuring that we have the necessary stock to meet customer demand.

Lead a High-Performing Team

Recruit, train, and develop a high-performing team of restaurant staff, ensuring that they have the skills and knowledge to provide exceptional customer service.

Drive Sales and Revenue Growth

Develop and implement strategies to drive sales and revenue growth, including menu engineering and promotions.

Manage Restaurant Operations

Oversee the day-to-day operations of the restaurant, including scheduling, customer service, and conflict resolution.

Requirements
  • 1-2 Years of Experience in Food Service Management

Proven experience in food service management, with a strong track record of success in leading high-performing teams and driving sales and revenue growth.

Excellent Communication and Leadership Skills

Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team of restaurant staff.

Strong Problem-Solving and Analytical Skills
