Restaurant Manager Job Description

Big Guys's Fried Chicken is seeking a skilled Restaurant Manager to oversee the daily operations of our restaurant. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, improving customer satisfaction, and maintaining a high level of service quality.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Analyze financial data to identify opportunities for cost reduction and revenue growth
  • Evaluate and improve restaurant operations to ensure efficiency and productivity
  • Monitor and control labor costs to maintain profitability
  • Recruit, train, and develop a high-performing team of staff
  • Supervise and motivate staff to deliver exceptional customer service
  • Negotiate with suppliers to secure the best prices for food and other supplies
  • Develop and implement marketing strategies to increase customer engagement and loyalty
  • Address customer complaints and concerns in a professional and timely manner
Requirements:
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a restaurant management role
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and make decisions quickly
  • Dependability, reliability, and a strong work ethic
Working Conditions:
  • 30 hours per week
  • Permanent position
