Retail Store Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Retail Store Supervisor to join our team at Petro-Canada. As a key member of our store operations team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily activities of our sales floor, ensuring excellent customer service, and driving sales growth.
Key Responsibilities- Leadership and Team Management: Supervise and coordinate the activities of 3-4 team members, providing guidance and support to ensure seamless store operations.
- Customer Service: Foster a positive customer experience by resolving issues, answering questions, and providing exceptional service.
- Merchandise Management: Order and manage inventory, ensuring accurate stock levels and efficient stockroom operations.
- Financial Management: Authorize payments, manage cash, and oversee payroll administration.
- Reporting and Analysis: Prepare reports on sales volumes, merchandising, and personnel matters to inform business decisions.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
- Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year
- Language: English
- Work Hours: 30 hours per week
