Key Responsibilities- Leadership and Supervision: Supervise and coordinate the activities of sales floor staff, providing guidance and support to ensure excellent customer service and sales performance.
- Merchandise Management: Order and manage inventory, ensuring that our store is well-stocked and visually appealing.
- Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving any issues that may arise.
- Operations and Administration: Manage cash, oversee payroll administration, and prepare reports on sales volumes and personnel matters.
- Team Development: Conduct performance reviews, provide feedback, and support the growth and development of our sales floor staff.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year of retail experience.
- Language: English.
- Work Hours: 30 hours per week.
This is a permanent, full-time position that requires the ability to work under pressure and stand for extended periods. As a member of our team, you will be expected to work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve sales targets and provide excellent customer service.
