Retail Store Manager

Petro-Canada is seeking a highly skilled Retail Store Supervisor to oversee the daily operations of our retail store. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring excellent customer service, managing store inventory, and supervising a team of sales associates.
Key Responsibilities- Assign sales workers to duties and oversee their performance
- Hire, train, and develop staff to meet business needs
- Authorize payments, manage cash, and oversee payroll administration
- Order merchandise, manage inventory, and maintain a clean and organized store environment
- Establish work schedules, prepare reports, and resolve customer complaints
- Supervise and coordinate activities of workers, ensuring a positive and productive work environment
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
- 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a retail or supervisory role
- Ability to work under pressure, multitask, and maintain a high level of customer service
- Team player with excellent communication and leadership skills
This is a permanent, full-time position working 30 hours per week. The ideal candidate will be able to work in a fast-paced environment, standing for extended periods, and maintaining a high level of energy and productivity.
