Job Summary

Petro-Canada is seeking a highly skilled Retail Store Manager to oversee the daily operations of our retail store. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring exceptional customer service, managing store inventory, and leading a team of sales associates.

Key Responsibilities
  • Leadership and Management
    • Supervise and train sales associates to meet sales targets and provide excellent customer service.
    • Conduct performance reviews and provide constructive feedback to improve employee performance.
  • Inventory Management
    • Manage store inventory levels to ensure optimal stock levels and minimize waste.
    • Order merchandise and supplies as needed to maintain a well-stocked store.
  • Customer Service
    • Ensure exceptional customer service by responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
    • Develop and implement strategies to increase customer loyalty and retention.
  • Store Operations
    • Manage store opening and closing procedures, including cash handling and security protocols.
    • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
Requirements
  • Education
    • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience
    • 7 months to less than 1 year of retail management experience.
  • Skills
    • Excellent leadership and communication skills.
    • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
    • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
