Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
  • Assign sales workers to duties and oversee their performance
  • Hire, train, and develop staff to meet business needs
  • Authorize payments, manage cash, and oversee payroll administration
  • Order merchandise, manage inventory, and maintain a clean and organized store environment
  • Establish work schedules, prepare reports, and resolve customer complaints
  • Supervise and coordinate activities of workers, ensuring a positive and productive work environment
Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a retail or supervisory role
  • Ability to work under pressure, multitask, and maintain a high level of customer service
  • Team player with excellent communication and leadership skills
Work Environment

This is a permanent, full-time position working 30 hours per week. The ideal candidate will be able to work in a fast-paced environment, standing for extended periods, and maintaining a high level of energy and productivity.
