Exciting Opportunity for a Bilingual Catalog Advisor (Contract)

Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced veterinary professional to join our team as a Bilingual Catalog Advisor. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in guiding veterinary clinics through the transition from their existing catalogs to our standard VetStrategy catalog.

This role requires a deep understanding of veterinary medicine and a strong ability to communicate complex information to various stakeholders. You will work closely with clinics and our HCAT advisors to ensure a smooth migration process, harmonize service and product codes, and provide ongoing support and troubleshooting assistance.

Key Responsibilities

  • Catalog Management
    • Develop a comprehensive understanding of our standard VetStrategy catalog from a veterinary and business perspective.
    • Collaborate with clinics and HCAT advisors to understand their existing catalog and guide them through the migration process.
    • Ensure all service and product codes are harmonized across all clinics.
    • Apply supplier increases in converted patient management systems with accuracy and efficiency.
    • Continuously improve the VetStrategy catalog based on feedback and emerging best practices, staying current on industry trends and advancements.
    • Act as a subject matter expert on the harmonized catalog, providing ongoing support and troubleshooting assistance to HCAT advisors.
  • Interdepartmental Coordination
    • Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth conversions according to the project's overall schedule.
    • Regularly provide progress reports to the project team.
  • Various Tasks
    • Participate in other projects as needed by the company.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 2 years of clinical experience related to veterinary medicine.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong time management and organizational skills.
  • Ability to manage change and thrive in uncertainty.
  • Proficiency in one or more patient management systems and the ability to quickly learn different systems.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft O365 suite, Excel, and SharePoint.
  • Ability to adapt to changing priorities and thrive under pressure in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
  • Demonstrated adaptability and ability to learn quickly.
  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
