Overview
Are you looking for a rewarding change in the veterinary sector? As a project launch support consultant, your clinical knowledge will be vital in assisting practices during their transition to our standardized VetStrategy catalog, as well as our collective approach, amid our organization-wide shift to a modern cloud-based system.
This position encompasses more than just overseeing the initial launch days when a clinic adapts to the new cloud-based platform. You will have the thrilling chance to partner with our catalog advisors to provide ongoing support throughout the conversion journey, while solidifying your foundational knowledge to ensure the most effective implementations for clinical teams. Leveraging your hands-on experience, you will collaborate closely with a team to make a significant impact by optimizing our operations, minimizing manual data entry for clinic personnel, and allowing our clinics to concentrate on their primary goal: enhancing the well-being of pets.
Key Responsibilities
Implementation of Project Launch Steps
- Develop a comprehensive understanding of our standard VetStrategy catalog from both veterinary and business viewpoints.
- Work alongside clinics to assess their current catalogs and guide them through the migration process, supporting HCAT advisors towards our standard catalog and group methodology, offering training and assistance as required.
- Oversee and manage the launch phase, ensuring a seamless transition from previous catalogs to our new standard catalog.
- Participate in meetings with HCAT advisors and clinical teams, documenting key discussions.
- Assist in creating user-friendly training materials and resources to facilitate smooth adoption and navigation of the VetStrategy standard catalog.
- Conduct thorough evaluations of clinic workflows in collaboration with HCAT advisors to identify potential challenges and proactively address issues during the migration process.
- Collaborate with various stakeholders to continuously enhance the VetStrategy catalog based on feedback and emerging best practices. Stay informed on industry trends to ensure the catalog remains relevant and current.
- Serve as a subject matter expert on the harmonized catalog, providing ongoing support and troubleshooting assistance to clinic staff. While the implementation and support of our standard catalog are primarily remote, occasional travel to clinics may be necessary for in-person training and support (
