**Your Role at Baxter**

As a Filling Operator, you will be responsible for performing a variety of tasks on a rotating basis on the line, including visual inspection of IV bag assembly, filling IV solution in various bag sizes, and loading bags onto sterilizer trays.

**Key Responsibilities:**

* Visual inspection of filled bags for proper fill volume, air volume, code number, expiration date, lot number, and other quality characteristics
* Filling IV solution in various bag sizes
* Loading bags onto sterilizer trays
* Performing necessary inspections, including quality checks throughout each step-in process
* Documenting count of rejects and reworking bags when necessary

**What You'll Bring:**

* High School diploma or GED required
* Ability to pass ergonomic assessment to ensure ability to perform essential job duties
* Experience doing repetitive tasks
* Manufacturing/Quality experience in a GMP environment
* Experience in food or manufacturing industry
* Previous experience working in a fast-paced environment
* Flexibility to work weekends
* Positive attitude and ability to work in a team setting with a focus on quality assurance and attention to detail
