About the Role
Baxter is a leading medical innovation company that transforms healthcare. As a Filling Operations Supervisor, you will play a critical role in ensuring the efficient and effective filling of high-volume IV codes using sophisticated automated equipment.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate the filling process to meet quality standards and specifications.
- Monitor team members and machinery to optimize production and minimize costs.
- Clean and sanitize equipment and facilities to maintain a safe and healthy work environment.
- Lead a high-performing team by providing training, coaching, and feedback to improve skills and performance.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, GMPs, and regulatory requirements.
- Identify and implement value improvement projects to reduce costs and improve quality.
- Participate in NCRs and CAPAs to address quality and equipment issues.
Requirements
- 3-5 years of manufacturing experience.
- Strong mechanical aptitude and equipment troubleshooting ability.
- Practical experience with Lean tools, such as 6S, LSW, VM, DA, Kaizen, and Value Stream Mapping.
- People management experience, including coaching and team development skills.
- Strong communication and analytical skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- 5+ years of supervisory experience in a GMP-regulated manufacturing facility.
- Knowledge of GMP, ISO standards, and regulatory/corporate requirements.
- APF, Manual Fill, Rovema, Pouch Sealing, and Truck loader knowledge.
