About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Project Manager to join our North America Business Unit. As a key player, you will be responsible for the development and execution of Boralex projects in North America.

Main Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement project strategies and directions
  • Manage and monitor projects according to Boralex's strategy and criteria
  • Reconcile technical, environmental, and other issues to serve the project's scope
  • Mobilize and coordinate a multidisciplinary project team
  • Facilitate communication and collaboration between teams
  • Promote Boralex's values in outreach to communities and partners
  • Lead business negotiations with the support of the technical team
  • Ensure OSH structure implementation
  • Monitor project progress and schedules
  • Implement cost and schedule estimation tools
  • Prepare reports on project status and progress
  • Coordinate project transition from execution to operations
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Administration, or equivalent training
  • At least 10 years of relevant experience
  • Experience in major renewable and construction projects (an asset)
  • Leadership, thoroughness, organizational skills, and ability to manage multiple projects
  • Keen interest and skills in working in a team environment and interpersonal communication
  • Experience with complex project management and contract negotiation
