Project Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Project Manager to join our Operations team in Milton, ON. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for overseeing the development and execution of capital projects within our manufacturing site boundaries.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute project plans, ensuring timely and within-budget delivery.
  • Manage project scope, budget, schedule, and forecasting, with a focus on excellence.
  • Identify and mitigate project risks, ensuring seamless execution.
  • Lead cross-functional collaboration to enhance project efficiency.
  • Ensure compliance with ROCKWOOL Group Project Management Guidelines and regulatory requirements.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in engineering.
  • Project Management designation and/or PMP certification.
  • 5 years of project management experience, preferably in a manufacturing plant.
  • Strong experience working with automated systems and Lean Manufacturing principles.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills.
