About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Information Security Specialist to join our team at We Do Laundry Services Inc. as a permanent employee.

Key Responsibilities
  • Security Risk Assessment: Conduct thorough assessments of physical and technical security risks to our data, software, and hardware to identify potential vulnerabilities.
  • Policy Development: Develop and implement policies, procedures, and contingency plans to minimize the effects of security breaches and ensure the confidentiality, integrity, and availability of our data.
  • Quality Assurance: Conduct regular reviews to assess the quality assurance practices, software products, and information systems to ensure they meet our security standards.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with our software development team to develop and implement security policies and procedures throughout the software development life cycle.
  • Language and Work Environment: The successful candidate will be fluent in English and work 30 to 35 hours per week.
Requirements
  • Education: A college, CEGEP, or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years.
  • Experience: Experience is an asset, but we also consider equivalent experience.
