We are currently experiencing significant growth following a substantial funding round and are in search of skilled professionals to enhance our team.
Position Overview:
- Evaluate and analyze network and system activities within a Security Operations Center (SOC) environment.
- Work collaboratively with MDR Analysts to investigate emerging cyber threats.
- Create incident analysis reports and assist clients in resolving security issues.
- Design and implement operational workflows to improve SOC effectiveness.
- Conduct threat and vulnerability assessments based on security incidents.
- Contribute to the development of knowledge in threat operations.
- Examine sandbox technologies for additional Indicators of Compromise (IOCs).
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in information security.
- Experience working in a Security Operations Center (SOC).
- Proficient in evaluating threat indicators within a Windows environment.
- Familiarity with Windows, Linux, or OSX operating systems.
- Knowledge of ELK stack, scripting, and cloud technologies.
- Experience in proactive threat hunting and incident response.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or a related discipline.
- Background in Network/System Administration or Engineering.
- In-depth forensic knowledge of operating systems.
- Experience in Digital Forensics and Incident Response.
- Familiarity with Malware Analysis and Penetration Testing.
- Experience in Capture The Flag (CTF) development.
