Job Title: Cybersecurity Analyst

We are seeking a highly skilled Cybersecurity Analyst to join our team at S I Systems. As a Cybersecurity Analyst, you will be responsible for a variety of functions including configuration of anti-virus engine policies, VPN tunnels, and triaging Advanced Threat Detection (ATD) alerts.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Configure and manage anti-virus engine policies to ensure optimal protection against malware.
  • Design and implement VPN tunnels and remote access rules to ensure secure connectivity.
  • Triage and respond to Advanced Threat Detection (ATD) alerts in a timely and effective manner.
  • Manage intrusion prevention systems to prevent unauthorized access to our network.
  • Collaborate with our security team to identify and mitigate potential security threats.

Requirements:

  • CISSP, GIAC, or equivalent security certification.
  • 3 years of experience in triaging Advanced Threat Detection (ATD) alerts and tuning detection rules.
  • 5 years of experience in managing intrusion prevention systems.
  • 5 years of experience in configuring VPN tunnels and remote access rules.
  • 3 years of experience in configuring anti-virus engine policies and registering malware.
  • Bachelor's degree in computer science or information systems, plus a minimum of 3 years of cybersecurity experience or equivalent combination.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience maintaining web content filter rulesets.
  • Experience conducting vulnerability scanning for PCI and internet-facing systems.
  • Experience conducting cybersecurity investigations and responding to real or suspected cybersecurity incidents.
