About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Digital Media Specialist - Paid Social Media to join our team at Dormez-vous?. This is a key role that will play a critical part in driving our social media strategy and helping us achieve our business objectives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and Implement Social Media Strategy: Create and execute a comprehensive social media strategy that aligns with our business goals and objectives.
  • Manage Paid Social Media Campaigns: Oversee the day-to-day management of paid social media campaigns, including campaign building, testing, learning, strategies, targeting, and measurement.
  • Track and Report Performance: Monitor and report on the effectiveness of paid social media campaigns against defined KPIs to continuously improve campaign performance.
  • Collaborate with Cross-Functional Teams: Work closely with our marketing, sales, and other departments to ensure alignment and effective execution of social media campaigns.
  • Provide Insights and Recommendations: Analyze campaign data and provide insights and recommendations to inform future social media marketing strategies.
Requirements
  • University/College Degree: A degree in Marketing, Business, eCommerce, or a related field is preferred.
  • Experience in Paid Social Media: 3-5 years of hands-on experience managing paid social media campaigns.
  • Background in Agency/Ecommerce/Tech Platform or DTC Brand: Experience working in an agency, ecommerce, tech platform, or DTC brand environment is preferred.
  • Excellent Interpersonal and Analytical Skills: Strong interpersonal, project management, negotiation, strategic thinking, problem-solving, presentation, relationship building, and communication skills are required.
  • Proficient in Excel: Proficient skills in Excel are necessary.
  • Relevant Certifications: Relevant certifications across advertising platforms, including Blueprint certification, are preferred.
