- Develop Office Procedures: Develop and implement efficient office procedures and routines to ensure the smooth operation of the dental office.
- Prepare Reports and Documents: Prepare and format medical reports, correspondence, and spreadsheets for review and approval.
- Initiate and Maintain Confidential Files: Initiate and maintain confidential medical files and records for patients.
- Perform Data Entry: Accurately and efficiently enter data into our computer system.
- Provide Excellent Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service to patients, responding to their needs and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
- Education: College, CEGEP, or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1-2 years.
- Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a medical or administrative role.
- Work Setting: Clinic or dental office environment.
- Language: English.
- Hours: 30 hours per week.
